Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Renningen As part of your final work, you are committed to the introduction and scientific evaluation of our new digital health and networking platform at Renningen. Your goal is to establish and optimize this platform as a central point of contact for health, well-being and internal networking. You are in direct contact with our employees and actively shape how digital offers can positively influence the working environment. Your research may include the following aspects: Awareness & Acceptance: What communication strategies are most effective to significantly increase the awareness and use of the platform among employees? What motivates or prevents the use? Information access & support: How can medical information and support services be optimally provided via the platform to enable employees to quickly and understandably access? Networking & Compassion: To what extent does the platform help to promote a stronger 'we-feeling', reduce loneliness and facilitate the integration of new employees, including non-German mother tongue? What other content (e.g. event announcements, screw-up nights, knowledge sharing) makes sense to sustainably increase the attractiveness and relevance of the platform and to exert a positive influence on corporate culture? You have the unique opportunity to define the focal points of your final work independently and to introduce your individual research interests. We offer you the freedom to pursue innovative approaches and to develop practical recommendations for the further development of our platform.

Education: Studies in the field of psychology (in particular work, organizational or health psychology), medicine, social sciences, education, adult education, communication sciences or business informatics with a focus on UX/UI Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); first contact points with the execution of surveys, interviews or the evaluation of data; Basic understanding of digital media and affinity for mobile applications Personality and work: you are an empathic and communication-strong person who thinks analytically and conceptually; you bring your own initiative and self-employment with you and draw your attention through your networking pleasure enthusiasm: for social work; Interest in prevention and digital health promotion Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
