The house on the vineyard in the district of Stuttgart-Obertürkheim comprises 48 nursing places, a residential community for younger people with disabilities, prey living, day care and mobile services. The concept with model character, the location at the foot of the vineyards, the award-winning architecture and the beautiful outdoor facilities contribute to the pleasant working atmosphere. The institution is very well integrated into the community and is supported by volunteers. A bus stop is located right in front of the house.

As a practical guide with us, you combine educational responsibility with nursing expertise. Depending on your individual scope, we design your activity as a combination of freelance guidance and operational cooperation in the patient/inhabitant. Conception, control and support of training processes for new employees, trainees and students. Close and trusting cooperation with nursing schools, preparation and participation in practical examinations as well as accompanying training days. Participation in the further development of our internal training concept and implementation of new nursing-didactic standards. Professional and personal care of our trainees as well as regular practice visits and guidance situations.

You are elderly caregivers, health caregivers, or nursing staff A successfully completed training on practical instructions (according to PflAPrV). Professional experience in stationary or outpatient care. Educational skills, empathy, patience and joy in working with people of different generations. Organisational strength, communication strength and enthusiasm for the further development of the nursing profession.

Payment by PTG Rate with a gross monthly salary from 4.143€ to 4.881€. The classification is based on the duration of the professional experience and is based on an employment level of 100%.
