As a (Senior) Consultant Health Care Technology (m/w/d), you accompany hospitals, clinic associations and other organizations in modernising their IT landscape with a focus on interoperability, system architecture and technological transformation programs. You act as a trusted partner and architect of modern health IT – from analysis to sustainable implementation. Digital Transformation: You support digital transformation through the development of architectures, integration solutions and technical targets. You analyze existing system landscapes, define requirements and develop solutions that are adapted to the higher-level IT and digital strategy to ensure a modern IT landscape and optimized processes. Know-how Transfer: You bring your profound technological and methodological expertise, identify innovation potentials and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to shape the health IT of the future. Responsibility: You take responsibility for managing technical work pacts and subprojects within large IT transformation programs. In doing so, you structure tasks according to established frameworks, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure that technical requirements are implemented precisely. Communication: With clear, solution-oriented communication, you can convince in direct customer contact and in creating concepts, presentations and specialist contributions. You explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way for IT, clinical areas and management and use models, diagrams and technical visualizations to effectively support communication. Teamwork: Together with your colleagues and customer teams, you design clinical and intersectoral processes, tailor-made solutions and accompany all phases of technical transformation – from analysis to go-live to sustainable operationalization.

Very good degree in medical informatics, computer science, health economics, digital health management, biomedical engineering or comparable subject area (multiannual) professional experience in consulting hospitals or health organisations in the context of digitalization and technology topics or in IT departments of clinics or associations with responsibility for integration, interfaces, architecture or technical implementation Specialized and well-founded knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g. HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR, IHE, DICOM), KI and Clinical Decision Support (CDSS) and the design of system architectures, interface concepts, data models and integration design in the clinical environment Extensive understanding of clinical and intersectoral supply processes, regulatory issues and relevant interoperable specifications. In addition, you bring market expertise and are well connected in the interoperability community to integrate current developments and best practices. readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
