For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a Management (m/d) About the company: Since its foundation in 1998, Hospiz Villa Auguste Leipzig gGmbH has built up a comprehensive palliative supply. Today, this includes a stationary hospice with 14 seats, the specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) by the bridge team and the day hospice opened in 2024 with eight seats. Around 68 employees work multi-professionally across the various supply areas. With an annual turnover of around 4.5 million. In your overall responsibility, you control the organization strategically, economically and humanly, develop the internal and external processes continuously and, together with the executives, ensure a high quality of the offers in stationary hospice, in day hospice and in SAPV. With a strong business understanding, you are responsible for economic planning, annual financial statements, budget and investment management and conduct negotiations with cost-beneficiaries as well as other contributors. You will create the economic conditions for a sustainable development of society. As an experienced and facing management person, you give the general and voluntary employees orientation, guide and develop the directly assigned management forces and promote an open, value-adding and respect-based organizational culture. With strategic vision and design pleasure, you will continue to develop the performance portfolio in a future-oriented manner. Particular emphasis is placed, among other things, on the further establishment and utilization of the daily allowance, the development perspectives of the SAPV, the quality assurance as well as the acquisition and binding of qualified employees. You have completed their studies in nursing or healthcare, in social education or social work, ideally with Palliative-Care training or the willingness to acquire them. Alternatively, you will bring an education as a examinated nursery and a study with a focus on intensive care or palliative care. Finded professional experience in nursing combine with extensive knowledge of welfare care or social work, ideally complemented by experience in the palliative area and in dealing with test authorities as well as palliative care further education. Ideally, you have already taken on holistic leadership responsibility, with a value-adding and motivating leadership for you being understood. You have knowledge of financial management based on SGB V and SGB XI as well as experience in pay negotiations and a good understanding of the economic framework of social organisations.
