Leadership: You conduct a team of eleven employees in a value-oriented manner, promote a customer- and result-oriented attitude and ensure motivating, clear and structured cooperation.

Invoicing Management: You are responsible for a timely, correct and efficient billing to end customers and ensure stable and smooth operations throughout the accounting management.

Quality assurance: You are responsible for the quality control of the output calculations and ensure that our standards are maintained and continuously developed at any time.

Process optimization: You analyze existing processes, identify potential improvements and guide both operational and strategic optimization measures.

Interface work: You work closely with sales, order management, customer service and financial teams and ensure transparent, professional communication and coordination.

Project responsibility: You take projects in invoice management on your own and advance their implementation in a structured and targeted manner.

Leadership personality: You bring a pronounced value orientation, take responsibility with joy and guide people motivating, clear and reliable.

Communication: You communicate safely, understandably and professionally across all hierarchy levels, creating transparency and orientation in the team and across interfaces.

Working methods: You work independently, structured and result-oriented and keep an overview and the necessary priorities in dynamic situations.

Analysis & Processes: You have a strong understanding of the process, recognize optimization potentials and can safely analyze, evaluate and develop complex topics.

Service orientation: You trade service-oriented, have a clear look for the needs of internal and external customers and actively contribute to high service quality.

Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of sales tax law and very good know-how in debitor accounting and relevant business processes.

Qualification & Experience: You have completed an economic study or a comparable commercial training, have leadership experience in a similarly large team and brings practical experience in debitor accounting.
