SOMETHING Ensuring proper and timely execution of the daily business and associated bookings, processing of the invoice receipt, archiving and document collection in the areas of debitors, creditors and property accounts accounting, delimitation bookings Self-employed and reliable accounting of current transactions in DATEV compiling economic evaluations, individualized evaluations and accompaniment of an industrial control; Takeover and control of the FiBu data of subsidiaries (on a monthly and annual basis) in Germany and abroad Intercompany Tuning & Reconciliation Consolidation at group level (concerning conclusion) Creation of monthly and annual accounts Ensuring correct (automatic) payment transactions and reminding Processing of the Preparatory Booking in Moss Processing of dunning, travel costs etc. Continuous digitization and optimization of various processes Coordination and clarification of open positions Revenue tax forecasts Creation of process documentation Contact person for tax advisors and auditors

THE SOLLINGS Multiannual professional experience (>5 years) in financial accounting Business studies incl. additional training, or training to the account holder, or vocational training to the tax specialist. As an alternative to other commercial training as well as additional qualification, or comparable training or qualification, final assurance in HGB, IFRS desirable, other GAAPs a benefit.
