In the interface function between development, production, purchasing, quality, sales and business, you can expect interesting and varied activities as well as unique insights into the product development process of electric drive systems. Your tasks with us in the team of high-performance electric motors: You are part of our team and actively participate in our tasks

You get interesting and varied project management activities and insights into the product development process

You work on individual projects in close coordination with project teams, subproject management and strategic project management

You take over the overall organisation and moderation of project workshops and project managers' meetings and gains insights into the working methods and themes of the respective subprojects as well as contact with many employees in the company

You tune cross-functional topics between departments

You will participate in the creation and coordination of presentations presented at team/department/area and board level

Expect interesting special tasks and set your expertise where it is needed

The activity can begin from March 2026.

You are an automobile and study business management, economic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or a comparable degree course

You have knowledge of the German language and knowledge of the English language and the written language

Working time and place are flexible for you

You control the safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

You have a high understanding, are reliable and proactive, open and communicative

An analytical way of thinking and a strategic way of working

You are an absoluter team playerin and like to drive new ideas forward
