ICS Business Partner (m/f/d)

Responsibility for coordination, documentation and continuous monitoring of ICS principles in accordance with E.ON standards and guidelines Support for the areas of expertise in implementing the ICS principles and identifying control and control gaps Monitoring the timely implementation of ICS recommendations by internal and external auditors Ensuring the regular evaluation of the ICS by specialist and management as well as reporting to E.ON SE Maintenance of ICS documentation and implementation of the control tasks for EIS Central in the Group-wide IT application 'TeamMate+` functional reporting by Head of ICS Customer Solutions of E.ON SE Working in the Group-wide ICS-BP community on the exchange and development of E.ON ICS standards and processes Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits Risk assessment under the ICS and development of risk mitigation measures Training and awareness of employees on ICS topics Reporting and communication with management and compliance officer on the status of ICS Cooperation with internal interfaces such as finance, law, compliance and human resources at EIS and in the further group

Complete university studies (e.g. economics, economic law, business management) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in internal control system, compliance, risk management or audit Knowledge of ICS Frameworks and Regulatory Requirements Experience in handling audits and creating documentation and reports Analytical thinking and structured and independent working High communication capability and persuasiveness in dealing with different stakeholders Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
