During your 15-month trainee program, you will get comprehensive insights into the functional areas of our Executive Unit Finance, Controlling, Tax & Treasury.

They run through Finance, Controlling, Tax and Treasury as well as other departments in our Head Office in Kempten. In addition, you will get to know our financial and logistics processes for operations in operating branches in Germany and abroad.

They take over first own projects and are actively involved in the daily business. In addition, you have free space to introduce your own ideas for optimizing and developing processes.

They expand your expertise and build up a valuable internal network.

They evaluate the business processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. Your acquired financial and process understanding helps you to identify optimization needs and develop suggestions for improvement.

They are specifically promoted in your professional and personal skills and accompanied in the further career steps.

In this trainee program, you build a solid foundation for a first entry position with the aim of introducing and developing your knowledge and experience as an expert or manager during a long-term career.

You have a successfully completed Master's degree or a comparable degree course and have ideally deepened your knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling or tax through appropriate study focuses.

(m/w/d) is also a good prerequisite for a commercial training with relevant professional experience or with corresponding training to the specialist or business operator.

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the financial sector.

They are able to think process-oriented and analytically and can quickly become involved in new and complex topics.

A high level of teamwork, flexibility and intercultural openness is what distinguishes you.

They bring enthusiasm to develop their own skills and expand their horizons.

We presuppose communication strength and knowledge of German and English. Further language skills are advantageous.
