We are looking for the following position in our Selgros Markt Fürth

Teamleiter (m/w/d) in full time

Your task...

You take over the team management (m/w/d) of a sales department.

This includes:

• Competent customer advice and care of personal customer contact
• Ensuring the flow of goods and sales-promoting goods presentation in the area of responsibility
• Implementation of MHD, inventory and stock receipt controls
• Compliance with food laws and regulations (e.g. LMHV, HACCP) and internal guidelines
• Implementation of own and nationally specified sales measures
• Complaint processing (m/w/d)

• Complete vocational training and multiannual experience in food trade
• Flexibility, resilience, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Independent thinking and acting as well as independent use of the existing design possibilities
• Embossed customer orientation
• PC knowledge (MS Office), SAP of advantage
• Ready to work regularly on Saturdays
• Travel readiness to a limited extent (meetings, seminars, trainings)
• Joy in sales and dealing with people
