Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Location: Munich, Berlin, Leipzig

You take responsibility for the technical operation of our web and mobile applications (iOS/Android), including the acquisition of projects and ensuring their availability and functionality. You control and coordinate incidents and solve problems quickly and effectively. You are a central technical contact for internal specialist departments as well as external service providers in case of malfunctions and problems. You plan and control change and release processes for web and mobile applications independently and proactively taking into account security aspects. You actively participate in the optimization of operating processes and implement them independently.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the IT business environment. Ideally, you have sound knowledge in the operation of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android) including relevant technologies and platforms. You control incidents, change and release processes as well as cooperation with service providers. You are characterized by pronounced organizational and communication skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Knowledge of IT security bases and their implementation in technical operations are actively engaged and developed. Very advanced German knowledge on C1 level complete your profile.
