Number: MER0003Y4L We in the ''Compliance Risk Management & Digitization'' area are responsible for compliance risk management and its further development. This also includes the digitization of methods, data and tools, as well as the methodology for early risk identification and effectiveness assessment of the compliance management system. For this challenging and exciting task we are looking for you as an intern*in. The objective of the mandatory internship is to cooperate with the implementation and further development of the compliance processes with the focus on digitalization. The place is embedded in a motivated team of compliance experts. These challenges include: Analysis of new legal requirements & standards Working with the further development of compliance risk management incl. Analysis of associated business processes for addressing the risks to the respective responsible departments Support in the development of IT tools in the context of digitalization including Implementation of data analytics and application of new IT technologies, e.g. artificial intelligence Working within the framework of operational compliance processes The activity can begin from April 2026.

degree course Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Law, Law or comparable degree course, with a technical focus Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Advantageous knowledge or experience in risk management, compliance or comparable context Good MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of Data Analytics, Tools and/or Artificial Intelligence Good analytical & conceptual skills, efficient operation High level of reliability, commitment & enthusiasm for the task field Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
