You organize the construction sites and dispose the material You guide the assembly team, read version drawings and first set production sketches You plan construction, optimierst appointments and provide progress reports You monitor construction site activity and work quality and work safety You participate in the development, preservation and improvement of project management and communicate with all stakeholders You carry out assembly work independently and develop partnership relations with customers, after-contractors and third parties at the construction site

You have completed training as a plant mechanic*in – sanitary, heating and air conditioning You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a plant mechanic in SHK You have a valid class B license You have leadership and enforcement skills as well as self-initiative and a self-contained, self-employed working style You have knowledge of cross-sector works and work with the construction site billing You have good German skills (B2) and work well organized and structured You are motivated, flexible and reliable, have a good sense of priorities and the ability to maintain rest under term pressure
