Senior Customer Service Manager for 25h / week (all genders) in temporary parental leave in Hamburg-Altona. Your task menu:

• You guide our customer service team professionally and contribute to active team development
• You act as an interface between sales, supply chain, marketing, purchasing, controlling, QM and shopper marketing
• You control rolling sales planning and quantity planning for product launches
• You Manage Disorders and Critical Stocks
• You'll start analyses and reports
• You analyze and optimise our internal processes to increase internal and external service quality
• You develop and implement standards, including across areas
• You support cross-disciplinary projects and the introduction of new tools or systems

Your finely tuned profile:

• You bring a completed commercial training and extensive professional experience with
• You have knowledge of German food trade
• You have experience with commercial codes
• You think analytic and work team-oriented and are powerful, flexible and creative
• You already have project management skills and are strong in stakeholder management
• You are safe in handling MS Office and SAP
• Your very good German skills complete your profile
