SAP Key User Invoice Management SD (m/f/d)

Maintain End-to-End Processes & Developing: Analysis, Support and Continuous Optimization of Defined Processes in Order-to-Cash Area with Focus on Invoice Management and Accounts Receivable Optimize returns and complaint processes: further development of cross-booking processes taking into account efficient and standardized processes Take over central interface function: Close cooperation between individual departments, the SAP / IT team and other relevant internal and international stakeholders structuring & implementing requirements: recording, structuring and technical evaluation of requirements as well as accompanying the technical implementation in the SAP system Supporting international rollouts: Active cooperation in Fit-Gap analyses, conception, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare in the international project environment Coordinate & Conduct Tests: Planning, Coordination and Conduct of Functional and Integration Tests including Documentation and Tracking Validate data migrations: Technical examination and validation of data migrations before production Knowledge: Planning and implementation of user training as well as creating and developing practical training documents Support key users internationally: support international key users and follow-up of support tickets to sustainable solutions

Education & Qualification: Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification or alternatively a commercial or IT-related training with corresponding professional experience professional experience & expertise: multiannual experience in the order-to-cash environment, ideally in the sales or debitor sector of an international trading company, as well as good understanding of accounting, receivable management and related financial processes; Experience in international projects or rollouts is beneficial IT- & language skills: Very good knowledge of working with ERP systems, preferably in the SD environment, and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personal Competence: Structured, Analytical and Process-oriented Operation and Communication Strength and Joy in Cooperation with International Teams
