Accounting: Processing all business incidents of the main accounting, in particular the examination, confirmation and booking of the input and output invoices incl. RAP and provisions for Germany and Poland. master data installation and maintenance in our accounting system Diamant. Payment: Coordination and clarification of the open positions of current accounts Preparation of payment transactions Conclusions:

Preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and tax law Travel and freight administration: Creation of travel and hosting costs

You have a commercial training, have experience in financial accounting and are fit in accounting and accounting regulations. Trade and Tax Law. You're a responsible personality, think with & grab with it and it's fun to work in the team. Your careful, structured and conscientious way of working is yours. In dealing with the MS Office package and the usual accounting programs, no one will do anything to you. It would be great if you had user knowledge in diamond. Good knowledge of English would be beneficial.
