Team coordination: You guide employees in your area of responsibility and support them in the day-to-day operating business. Operational control: You are responsible for a smooth run in the daily business and ensure the timely and demand-oriented processing of all processes. Storage and Process Management: You monitor stocks, secure proper storage and optimize operations in your area. Interface management: You work closely with the areas of production, purchasing, supply chain and other internal interfaces and optimally align the processes with each other. Quality Management: You process complaints, coordinate incoming goods checks and ensure complete documentation of relevant processes. Security & responsibility: You pay attention to compliance with all safety and quality requirements and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Training: You have a completed training in the field of logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Professional experience: You have experience in intralogistics and know the processes of a modern logistics area. Qualification: You have a fork certificate; further qualifications, for example a construction machine license or the driver's license CE, are advantageous. IT know-how: You can safely handle ERP and warehouse management systems – ideally with BAAN and Maximo. Working: You work structured, take responsibility and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Personality: You convince by communication strength, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working.
