Teamleiter IT (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate the tasks and capacities of the IT team and regularly host team meetings to coordinate ongoing work You coordinate IT projects, ensure compliance with appointments and agree with the IT team, departments and external partners You organize and tax external IT service providers and follow agreed services and project progress You accompany digitalization projects in the company and are responsible for the operational support and further development of central systems, such as our DMS. You support the planning and monitoring of the IT budget and keep costs, offers and investments in mind You are responsible for a structured IT documentation and regularly create project overviews, meeting protocols and status reports.

Your experience & expertise Must-have: Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally with coordinating or conducting tasks First experience in leadership of teams Good knowledge of common IT infrastructures, system landscapes and operational IT processes
