Surface preparation: preparation of substrates by sand blasting and detection and pretreatment of different coating objects and substrates (metals, plastics) by cleaning, gluing, primers, splinting and grinding. Coating technique: applying various surface coating methods to components, for example painting by atomizing/spraying, rolling or coating. Plant and process control: adjusting, controlling, monitoring and waiting of pretreatment, color supply, mixing and metering systems as well as atomizing devices (airmix/airless method) including recording of relevant measurement values in the production process. Disorder Management: Analyze fault causes, create fault reports and eliminate disturbances. Maintenance and transport: maintenance and cleaning operations and internal transport by truck or crane.

Training: Completed design as a process mechanic for coating technology, alternatively as a vehicle painterin or painterin and painter*in. Experiences: Practice in handling 2K systems, painting guns and grinding machines and ideally with industrial trucks, lifting work platforms and hall cranes. Knowledge: knowledge in the operation and handling of common coating and application technology. Personality: Structured, independent and responsible working.
