Daycare center management (m/f/d)

You design and coordinate the educational work of your institution and continuously develop the pedagogical concept. You promote cooperation with parents and enable your team to become a successful educational partnership. You are responsible for personnel management, including selection, recruitment, deployment planning and leadership and development of employees. You run your facility and manage financial management independently. Through regular feedback and development talks with your employees, you will ensure the optimal success of the Kita everyday. You maintain networks to universities and universities. You operate effective quality management, ensure the conceptual focus and take into account legal, economic and carrier standards.

You have completed training as a state-recognized teacher:in or equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist and an additional qualification as a specialist:in or a scientific study (e.g. social education). You have first professional experience as a (deputy) Kita leadership or in a leadership position in the educational field. You have very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and are preferably familiar with software such as LucaNet, d.vinci, Haufe witness manager or Famly. Their understanding of values is characterized by tolerance and openness to the world. You communicate clearly and transparently your expectations to your employees:inside and use Supervision or Conflict Management Methods for challenges. You promote the motivation of your employees: both through a participative, cooperative and value-adding leadership style.
