Here it is really exciting: For a highly complex niche of industrial construction with a high level of demand for planning and execution, we are looking for an agitated, team- and solution-oriented building manager (m/w/d) at the Mannheim site, who wants to introduce himself authentically and looking for a not only short-term, but permanently attractive perspective. You manage and organize the diverse projects with a focus on the Rhine-Neckar region and develop them independently. You serve the public and private clients competently and are contact persons for all project participants. You control compliance with quality, costs, appointments and guidelines of occupational safety and ensure compliance. You coordinate subcontractors, calculate construction services and are responsible for the follow-up management. You support the creation of offers, the further development of processes and the promotion of young people.

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture with a focus on building construction or training as a construction technician. You bring several years of experience in the management of demanding construction projects. You have well-founded engineering, construction contract law and commercial know-how, and know in particular the regulations, standards and guidelines in the building industry. You are a team player, can motivate people, take responsibility and think in solutions. You have knowledge of AVA software and are familiar with MS Office.
