Dental Billing Product Specialist (m/f/d)

You take the professional responsibility for one of our billing modules in the area of dentist and tax the entire Product Lifecycle. From vision to conception to rollout to practice. You transform requirements from dental practices into precise user stories and define acceptance criteria. You design technical tests, perform test scenarios together with the team, evaluate the results, document changes and make necessary adjustments to ensure the quality in the area of billing. You analyze processes in dental practices, especially in billing, cost suggestions, HKP, dunning, etc., and develop practical, efficient software solution that deliver real added value in everyday practice. You act as a central interface between software development, product management and our customers, prioritize topics, explain technical requirements in a comprehensible way and ensure that our solutions really work in everyday practice.

Multiannual professional experience in the environment of dental practices, e.g. as dental administration workers (m/w/d), dental professionals (m/w/d), practice managers (m/w/d) or in a comparable role. Found expertise in dental billing as well as a very good understanding of regulatory requirements. Designed affinity for software and digital processes, ideally complemented by first experience as Key User (m/w/d). Flowing German language skills in word and writing (C1/C2), as well as good English skills, with which you can safely and accurately move in our international, technical environment. High learning readiness, pronounced analytical skills and empathy for everyday life in dental practices, combined with a structured, quality-oriented way of working, clear communication and genuine desire to actively promote change.
