First point of contact for customers in a situation that is usually unusual and stressful for them. Inclusion of new Kasko damage (telephone, written in our IT system/Schadensystem) and further organisation and control (e.g. the initiation of necessary emergency measures). Recording and processing of weather damage. Examination and decision on insurance and coverage in damage regulation. Active damage management and placement to partner companies. Careful examination and processing of submitted documents such as expert reports, cost proposals and invoices.

A commercial training or at least three years comparable professional experience. Experiences and knowledge in the field of insurance are of advantage but not a must, we introduce you to experience values and teach you everything in comprehensive training. • mit Experience in Damage Management, in Kfz-Versicherung, Haftpflichtversicherung or Sachversicherung. Kfz-Schadenbearbeitung mit Praxisbe – e.g. as a motor vehicle expert (m/w/d), Kfz-Gutachter (m/w/d) or in damage management for test organisations. Customer service in the automotive sector – e.g. as a service consultant (m/w/d) in the car house, in the warranty and culmination processing or in the complaint management / in the damage processing. Internal insurance or external service with damage experience – e.g. as a merchant for insurance and finance, as a specialist (m/w/d) insurance or in damages contact. Customer advice with an insurance focus – in the sales service, external service or customer service of an insurance company. Legal entity with regard to damage regulation – e.g. as a lawyer specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on insurance law, liability issues or motor vehicle damages. What counts is your expertise in dealing with damages and your claim to support customer service-oriented and solution-intensive.

Full-time with 38h per week and part-time individually by arrangement. Home office up to 70% with joint team days and team dinners. After the training phase, you work in flexible working hours. We gradually build up the target service times for customer calls to be achieved together with the growing team.
