Various tasks of operational staff work from entry to exit First contact person for employees, executives, social security institutions and authorities in administrative personnel Own-sponsored cooperation with our external partner for payment accounting: preparation, testing and transmission of relevant data Management of personal master files and maintenance of digital personal files Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates Holiday and missed time management and access control Support for HR Business Partners in the administration of important personal processes – from onboarding and offboarding to personnel development Implementation of the monthly HR reporting Working with HR projects and developing digital HR tools as well as support in implementing and optimizing HR processes

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel, or a comparable study Multiannual experience in HR administration and pay billing, ideally in a company with outsourced personnel billing Safe handling of HR software (ideally aventini, GFOS and Workday) and MS Office (especially Excel) Knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining law and basic understanding of wage and salary accounting Self-employed, structured and careful working Communication strength and team capacity Experience in confidential handling of sensitive personal data
