Direct administrative support of department management in cross-sectional tasks in development

Processing of documents in the context of planning processes and capacity control

Processing of internal divisions in the context of occupational safety

Interface to function controlling

Support of the entire developer team at the site (coordination activities)

Surveying and monitoring of process key figures from central development and data management of specific technology projects

Organisation and coordination of customer visits, workshops and meetings

Graduated commercial vocational training, e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d), office communication or comparable, technical reference desirable

Professional experience in a comparable position as well as the affinity for IT based office work

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as a safe handling of SAP and MS Sharepoint desirable

Good English knowledge of word and writing

Ability to stylistic and professional correspondence in spoken and written word

Enforcement, polite and accessible occurrence, as well as team and communication skills
