If you want to “work” in projects today, but if you want to run technologically and take responsibility, we will give you this stage: You define and manage holistic HR IT architectures – from target image development to implementation in complex SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes In presales and supply phases, you are a business partner for decision-makers and develop sustainable, future-proof solution strategies You meet architectural decisions, set up project teams’ guide planks and ensure that solutions are scalable, integrated and sustainable You create hybrid system landscapes (On-Prem & Cloud), you are responsible for integration scenarios (e.g. SAP BTP, CPI, APIs) and accompany HR transformations End-to-End The identification of new opportunities as well as the strategic further development of existing customer relationships are your responsibility, and you actively contribute your expertise to expanding our business The management of supply processes, the development of architectural concepts in invitations to tender, as well as the creation of loadable cost estimates are also part of your task Your team In your role, you work directly with our department manager as well as experienced managing consultants in the SAP HR environment. Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile For this role we are looking for personalities that combine professional depth with entrepreneurial thinking and have the pleasure not only to advise customers but to actively convince them and to shape sustainable solutions. Requirements include: Multiannual experience (typically 5+ years) in consulting in the SAP SuccessFactors or HCM environment, as well as a thorough understanding of HR processes and their imaging in complex system landscapes Experience or clear interest in topics close to sales, in particular in presales and supply processes Safe and sovereign appearance at decision-making level, coupled with the ability to convey complex technical and technical content clearly, structured and address-oriented First to profound experience in presales, offering or acquisition processes, ideally in the context of consulting or transformation projects Embossed understanding of end-to-end processes, integrations and relationships in HR IT landscapes as well as the ability to derive sustainable solutions #LI-Remote
