For our customers, a well-known company, from the field of energy transfer, we are looking for you as a CNC machine operator (gn) in 3-layer

How does your working day look

• Preparation of components by appropriate hand tools and machines (deburring, grinding)
• Set up the conventional milling machine: selection of own tools and clamping devices
• Parts clamping and processing (metallic sealing strips for gas turbines)
• Measuring and testing the machined workpieces, measuring the components with suitable measuring tools/testing devices
• Monitoring the manufacturing process
• Documentation of measurements in quality map. Assessment of values and, where appropriate, introduction of measures
• To align the components with the aid of straightening tables and hand tools, to eliminate disturbances, to give diagnostic aid to the skilled workers, even non-removable disturbances due to observation reproduction
• Set, measure, use, acknowledge, use, measure tools if necessary, to maintain safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace

What distinguishes you for the job (gn) or mechatronic (gn). Optionally also another technical training in the metal or electrical sector

• Basic knowledge of conventional milling machines
• Basic knowledge of how to use measuring tools such as slider, screw, tape measure
• General layer readiness for 3-layer rubbish
