For our locations in St. Ingbert, Appenweier, Renningen or Graben we are looking for a team leader*in MRP NTBO Region Stuttgart (m/w/d) in full time What tasks do you take You take over the team management! You actively organize/direct the team and are responsible for personnel deployment planning. In addition, the qualification, development and control of the employees are your tasks. You make strategic decisions! You make the choice and carry out the contractual relationship with subcontractors and take over the control of long-distance traffic. You support the management in planning and implementation and are contact persons for all issues of long-distance transport. You see opportunities in changes! You design the continuous development of the area and improve the structures. How to convince us Experience and knowledge: You have completed vocational training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics and ideally have already gained professional experience. Alternatively, you have an equivalent completed training with several years of professional experience in the transport disposition. Personality: You like to organize and coordinate and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. Customer orientation and quality awareness are of course for you. You work independently, appreciate the team's collaboration and meet new challenges with openness and flexibility. With your strong leadership and social competence, you can promote the development of your employees and create the conditions for sustainable team success. Nice-To-Haves: You know the logistics industry with the associated processes and processes and can operate the current MS Office applications.
