Building and controlling a structured “Community of Practice” Organisation of regular specialist care meetings, case meetings and professional exchange formats, etc. Ensuring a structured knowledge transfer between psychiatric areas Development, implementation and evaluation of medically valid nursing standards and concepts (e.g. safewards, reference care, milieutherapeutic concepts, S3 guidelines, etc.) systematic implementation and monitoring of evidence-based guidelines Initiation and monitoring of quality assurance measures Participation in the further development of Nursing Documentation and Process Standards Evaluation of supply quality and derivation of improvement measures technical support of new station concepts Identification of innovation potentials in the field of psychiatric care technical advice and support of station lines and care services Identification of training and development needs Promotion of young people, specialist care qualification and academic further development close cooperation with care management, care management, medical management and multi-professional teams close cooperation with quality management and the (personal)controlling Working in hospital-internal and cross-clinic bodies Representation of psychiatric care in internal control processes together with PDL Representation of psychiatric care to the outside (specialists, cooperations, congresses)

You have a completed three-year training as a nurse (m/w/d), health and nursing (m/w/d) or health care (m/w/d) and You bring a completed bachelor's degree with a focus on health and nursing sciences or in an adjacent field with desirable: You have a completed Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) (m/w/d) or a comparable high school qualification desirable: You bring significant experience in psychiatric care You bring a proven expertise in evidence-based care practice and implementation of health innovations with You have a strong communication, consulting and cooperation competence You have the ability to interdisciplinary cooperation as well as independent conceptual and scientific work
