You support the Technical Manager to ensure a smooth technical operation at the Shopping Center The Playce Potsdamer Platz (POB) You take care of measures relating to ongoing operation as a central contact person for all technical matters You initiate maintenance and maintenance orders and coordinate the use of maintenance companies and other service providers You also support your leadership in compliance with traffic safety requirements and safety-related requirements, as well as in planning and monitoring the budget You always have a look at the economic and sustainable operation of the shopping center and take over its professional representation in the absence of the Technical Manager

(m/w/d) or plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and climate engineering, as well as at least three years of professional experience in facility management You ideally have advanced training in technical areas such as monitoring, control, control and optimization facilities in buildings as well as in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA) and/or have successfully completed your master training You convince with a pronounced service orientation and a strong organizational talent that lets you keep an overview in every situation You are flexible and willing to take part in commercial working hours - even on weekends - You're sure to deal with MS Office and ideally bring experience with SAP You have good knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
