Analysis of customer feedback and survey results Support in optimizing customer journeys Working with the creation of surveys, reports and presentations Cooperation in the design and programming of questionnaires Processing and analysis of data Creation of dashboards with tools like Power BI Research on customer-relevant topics and current trends Own takeover of small projects and close cooperation in the team

Continuous studies, e.g. in BWL, marketing, economic psychology, statistics or a comparable discipline Interest in customer behavior, data analysis and digital topics Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Previous knowledge of the application of an analysis tool such as Power BI and SQL Very good German and good English skills Self-working, curiosity and team spirit
