You advise and represent companies, entrepreneurs: in legal and economic matters Mandant advises you on company law – from the establishment of the company and the choice of legal form to ongoing corporate law support Mandant advises you in tax law – in particular in terms of inheritance tax and donation tax and the basic income tax You design, examine and negotiate partnership agreements and other company-related agreements You accompany restructuring, transformations, mergers, acquisitions and other changes in company law You advise on company successes and develop together with our tax advisors:inside sustainable legal and tax design solutions You represent the interests of our client:into authorities, courts, contractual partners:inside and other parties You work closely with our tax advisors on complex mandates:inside, auditors:inside and the notariat With increasing experience, You take over autonomous mandates and build long-term and trusting clients:internal relations

You have successfully completed both legal state examina and have an admission to the law firm You contribute sound legal knowledge and have particular interest in corporate, corporate and/or tax law You ideally already have professional experience in the legal advice of companies, entrepreneurs:inside and private individuals; qualified professional beginners:inside are also welcome You have a strong understanding of economic and business relations You analyze complex issues structured and develop legally sound and economically viable solutions You have a secure linguistic ability (German knowledge at least C1 level) and convince by a professional and binding appearance You work independently, carefully and mandantly:in-oriented and take responsibility for your cases You bring negotiation skills, enforcement skills and, at the same time, a strong understanding of the interests of your client:
