In your group you have the hat: you lead and develop a colorfully mixed team, work new team members and design the service planning responsibly You actively participate in projects and support staff management With commitment, heart and professional competence you accompany children and young people and strengthen them in their personal and social development Through your professional, value-adding attitude, you strengthen the family environment and work resource-oriented with the relatives You cooperate constructively with your responsible education management, youth offices, schools and other partners – and document your work digitally

Your completed educational qualification in the field of social work, education, social and medical education or a comparable degree At least 1.5 years of experience in working with young people – at best also management experience Joy in varied work with children and adolescents and a cool head – especially in educationally challenging situations As a team player with leadership, you share your ideas and take responsibility You can identify with the principles and values of the Caritas A driving licence of class B is desirable
