For a small, family educational group in the Saterland area, we are looking for dedicated educational professionals with heart, attitude and expertise. Girls and boys who are mentally burdened live here, show delays in development or behaviour and need intensive care and promotion. What awaits you:

Children and adolescents learn a close-meshed, holistic accompaniment, which offers them support, orientation and new perspectives. • You bring structure and warmth into the day – when eating together, playing, learning, or simply together.
• You build trusting relationships and are a firm reference for “Your” children.
• You accompany the children on important dates and help them – whether with the doctor, in therapy or in conversation with specialist departments.
• You help young people discover their strengths and develop new perspectives for their lives.
• You keep contact with parents, relatives and relevant bodies – always with the aim of supporting the child as best possible.
• You document developments and bring your assessments into discussions on further help planning. That's what you bring:

• A completed training as an educator, curative teacher, curative teacher (m/w/d) or a comparable study

• Experience in work with mentally burdened children or adolescents

• Sensitivity, loadability and real team capability
