Senior Manager Project Management (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Project Management (m/w/x) in Gütersloh, you are a powerful team of project managers in our Beauty & Luxury industry, controlling your team's international projects and ensuring that our customers experience exceptional service and quality standards. You are a key factor in the successful implementation of complex implementation projects in a global, dynamic environment.

You are responsible for your team's project portfolio: You create structure, prioritize projects clearly and make sure You are implemented reliably. You lead and support your project team: You give orientation, develop your project managers and accompany them in their daily project work. You translate customer requirements into efficient logistics solutions: With an understanding of warehouse processes and SAP/(E)WM, you develop pragmatic approaches together with operations and IT. You accompany budget and economic decisions: You evaluate business cases, monitor budgets and support commercial decisions. You ensure transparent control and reporting: you recognize risks early, coordinate parallel projects and communicate clearly to management and customers.

Multiannual experience in project management and logistics: You have accompanied implementation projects and know operational processes of a modern logistics location. Very good method competence in project management: You master common standards (e.g. Prince2) and bring experience in handling multiple projects in parallel. Understanding logistical processes and SAP(E)WM: You know how to convert requirements into practical and performant solutions. Leadership skills and team orientation: You can develop employees, make decisions and create a productive, trusting working environment. Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking: You understand cost structures, SLAs and tax projects with a view to quality, economy and customer satisfaction.
