You run a team with currently six employees. You are responsible for the management, control and organisation of the Responsibility Centre and the area of disorder of the Job Centre. You have the technical responsibility for carrying out the tasks under the Social Court Act (SGG) and the Law on Injuries (OWiG). In conclusion, You deal with contradictions, interim legal protection and complaints from the job centre and represent the job centre in the social courts. You work closely with the job center's performance and placement area. You are responsible for the job centre's data protection officer.

You have completed a degree in the senior administration service (Diplom / Bachelor), are a Diplom-Jurist or have a different degree in law. You have leadership experience and long-term professional experience. You can provide comprehensive knowledge of social benefit law, especially in the Social Code, Second Book, (SGB II), in private law, including the respective rules of procedure and in cost law. You have a good literal and oral expressive capacity, are happy to work independently and autonomously, have a capacity to enforce, negotiate and the ability to tackle and solve problems constructively.
