ISMS Specialist (m/f/d)

We shape the future – together

You design and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS) including policies, processes and controls. You ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 or CRA. You carry out risk analyses and take over the monitoring and reporting of the risk situation. You accompany internal and external audits in the field of information security. Together with IT, Legal, HR and external service providers, you will ensure uniform security processes. You monitor ISMSKPIs, create reports and drive improvements based on finding and incidents.

You bring an education or professional experience in the IT or Security environment. A Bachelor is not absolutely necessary, cross-comers are welcome. You have a good understanding of information security principles, risk management and compliance frameworks. Ideally, you have first contact points with data protection topics such as GDPR. Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, ServiceNow or ISMSTools are beneficial. Very good English skills complete your profile. Motivation, structured work and ability to solve problems are your strengths.
