Technician for building and plant management (m/f/d)

Maintenance: You ensure the operational readiness of all building systems by maintaining and documenting inspection and maintenance cycles. Repair management: You proactively control the fault analysis of our plant and guide the necessary repair measures independently in case of malfunctions. Interface management: As a central contact person, you will ensure an optimal flow of information between all participating partners through a daily presence on site. Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with all QM standards as well as legal security and environmental regulations for a secure location. Plant optimisation: You identify efficiency potentials, support new systems and control exciting technical projects.

Qualification: You have completed a technical training (e.g. electrics, mechatronics); a further education to the technician or master is a plus. Professional experience: You bring multi-year practice in building technology or maintenance, ideally acquired in a dynamic industrial or logistics environment. Expertise: You are fit in mechanics, electronics and network technology, safe to use MS Office/IT systems and communicate safely in German and English. Working method: Your profile is characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach and a pronounced service orientation.
