In your role, you will take on the further development and design of our credit processes, in which you will reconcile sales, legal and economic requirements. You drive change processes in the credit business forward and integrate the requirements of our credit risk strategy into the daily business. In doing so, you bind the process participants into the decision-making processes. The analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements are part of your task as well as answering questions from external and internal audit bodies. With innovative ideas, you develop strategies to limit credit risks taking into account the needs of our customers. You act as an in-house consultant and advise colleagues in the market areas and in the market sequence on key issues in the active business.

You have completed vocational training with a commercial or bank-specific focus and ideally further theoretical qualifications (e.g. Sparkassenbetriebswirt:in) or a comparable qualification. Because of your well-founded professional experience, you have a comprehensive expertise in credit business. Your entrepreneurial thinking and acting are both your high sense of value. You are always open to new things and introduce your own ideas. You have a good understanding and can also explain complex relationships according to the recipient.
