Take a key role in the facility management of a state-of-the-art and sophisticated object. As an object manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for operating and ensuring all technical and infrastructural services on site. Your task: smooth processes, satisfied customers and a first-class building operation. In this responsible position, you control and coordinate the technical and infrastructural processes in the object. Team leadership: They run a team of technicians and service providers, plan operations and provide a motivating working atmosphere. Customer support: They are the central contact person for customers, collect requirements and implement them in a targeted manner. Quality management: Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and legal regulations. Planning and monitoring: control of maintenance, maintenance and testing measures. Optimization: Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and cost control. Reporting: Regular reporting to management and customers on the status of projects and key figures.

We are looking for a technically versed and solution-oriented personality with leadership. Complete technical training with further training for master or state-tested technicians, e.g. in electrical engineering, HKLS, supply technology or refrigeration technology As an alternative, a (special) college degree in the field of engineering, facility management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in technical facility management or in a comparable position Knowledge of building and operating technology as well as relevant standards and legal regulations Organizational talent, initiative and a structured working method Safe handling of common IT tools and CAFM systems Class B driving licence
