Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Professional and disciplinary leadership of the teams ''Project Management Shipment'' and ''Cargo Management'' Responsibility for global planning, control and implementation of complex project shipping in the heavy-lift environment Ensuring the execution of international transport projects in line with deadline, cost and quality Control of the interface between commercial project management and operational loading organisation Development of transport strategies, international partner networks (reeders, forwarders and service providers), standardized processes and digital tools Ensuring contractual coordination between sales, transport and shipping contracts Responsibility for compliance with export control, sanction law and other regulatory requirements Establishment and development of active risk management taking into account logistic, economic and geopolitical factors Responsibility for budget planning, KPI control and continuous optimization of area processes Leadership, development and promotion of employees and further development of the organisational structure Active participation in the strategic development of the project delivery area

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Completed studies in the field of logistics, economic engineering, nautics, maritime economy or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the field of project logistics, heavy load transport or maritime transport solutions Knowledge of international project logistics, heavy-load shipping and maritime freight and contract structures Safe handling of export control, sanction and international commercial requirements Sovereign action in the international environment with customers, partners and service providers Experience in the further development of processes, organizational structures and international networks Impressed leadership skills and the ability to develop employees and to actively shape change processes High degree of decision-making and a structured and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication, negotiation and enforcement German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
