Your duties

• Customer support via phone, email or chat
• support for complaints, returns or Contracts
• Formulation of standard responses and individual texts
• Collection and maintenance of customer data in the system
• Creation of documents, offers or invoices

Our requirements

• Commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for dialogue marketing or office businessman
• Good PC knowledge and ideally experience with SAP
• readiness for active telephone sales
• German language
• Communication strength
