To strengthen our team we are looking for the next possible date ONE QUALITY MANAGER (M/W/D)

Building and further development of the quality system of Dockweiler AG Development and implementation of the necessary standard processes and tools (A3, DIVE, PokaYoke, ProcessFMEA with the necessary measures) Design and implementation of the necessary systemic quality structures and processes for stabilising and improving committee and post-work costs Promoting proactive quality culture (training, mentoring, Zero Defect Mindset) Responsibility for the care and further development of the quality management system Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements (e.g. ISO 9001; further standards depending on the environment) Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and external audits Analysis of processes, quality indicators and deviations and introduction and monitoring of improvement measures Creation, maintenance and guidance of quality-relevant documents Preparation and implementation of management reviews Training and awareness of employees on quality issues Monitoring internal and external complaint processes and ensuring corrective measures and their effectiveness Close cooperation with managers and departments as an advisory contact in quality issues

Complete technical or economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company Knowledge gained in handling QM standards and audit processes Certification for QMB according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Internal auditor according to DIN ISO 9001 (DIN EN ISO 14001 desirable) ISO 9001 supplier auditor Process auditor Manufacturing/process manager according to ISO 9001 FMEA moderator Very good knowledge of relevant testing and measuring technology Experience in the introduction of CAQ Software Core Tool knowledge useful Analytical procedure and pronounced process and quality understanding Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
