As Head of Quality / QMB, you take responsibility for quality and continuously develop existing structures and processes. In particular, the following topics are your responsibility:

Leadership and further development of the team in the field of quality Overall responsibility for quality management according to ISO 9001 Development of the integrated management system in the areas of quality, environment, work protection and energy Ensuring and further developing product, process and system quality Planning, monitoring and implementation of internal and external audits Further development of existing quality standards and processes

Studies in engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in industrial quality management Experience with ISO 9001 and structured quality processes leadership experience or the corresponding experience and motivation for the next step Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and the ability to consistently implement changes Very good English skills
