We do this “end-to-end” in cross-member teams, user-centred and based on modern technologies. We are looking for new talents that share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, user centering, agile work and the digitalization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, to establish the “customer portal” or the “new normal” application.

Ensure risk and compliance for digital offerings, including further development of IT security measures in the online agency along current requirements and standards (e.g. basic BSI protection, GDPR), including corresponding reporting Control and monitoring of the information security process (ISIP) for online services Creating or implementing policies, processes and frameworks for the Risk & Compliance Management of the online agency with the focus on risk management, IT security and data protection Preparation, implementation and follow-up of supervisory audits, including documentation, reporting and voting Analysis of new regulatory requirements under derivation, implementation and safeguarding measures, including the creation of risk analyses Advice and training of managers and employees on information security and legal issues

You have a completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) or a comparable qualification (for example, specialist) in the fields of IT, economics or law or you have as an alternative to completed vocational training in these areas They have several years of professional experience in IT security and basic knowledge in relevant adjacent topics (e.g. risk management, cyber security) They have proven and applied expertise in IT security or technical data protection that are no longer than 24 months behind, preferably with appropriate certifications They have proven basic knowledge of BSI IT basic protection and data protection, ideally in the form of certifications (for example, IT basic protection practitionersin/ consultantin/auditorin, ISO 27001 implementationorin/auditor*in etc.) You have experience with the standards, documentation and requirements in Risk & Compliance Management You are versed in dealing with legal texts and legal regulations (analysis and application) Your profile is rounded off by a safe occurrence and addressable communication skills in word and font
