Our house is a fully-stationary care facility and has a comprehensive range of services with departments for dementia and psychiatry. In addition to day care, it also includes a nursing home, a familiar living and a separate practice for logopedia, physiotherapy and ergotherapy as a senior-friendly complex. You ensure the life satisfaction of our residents by activating basic and treatment care You plan and coordinate work processes and also feel responsible for their quality assurance You support the professional guidance, incorporation and leadership of employees You plan a room-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning Together with friendly colleagues, you create a warm atmosphere

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) You already have professional experience as a quality manager or in quality management You are a team player, communicative and empirical in dealing with residents, as well as relatives
