Responsibility for the professional preparation and presentation of all breakfast dishes according to current menu Ensuring careful storage, correct handling and optimal use of raw materials and products Support for inventory and consistent compliance with HACCP policies Creating breakfast creations in close cooperation with the kitchen team Instructions of employees in the breakfast area to ensure consistently high quality Optimization of workflows and organization of breakfast production

Completed training as a cook (gn), ideally with experience in the upscale gastronomy Expertise and craftsmanship in the preparation of breakfast and brunch meals Joy of teamwork and the ability to support and guide a small team in breakfast service Self-conscient, responsible and structured work Creativity and passion for high-quality breakfast creations
