OPEX Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

Operational Excellence (OPEX) You are for development, implementation and operational excellence (OPEX) You are responsible for the development, implementation and further development of the OPEX strategy in the logistics sector. You use Lean methods (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, value flow analysis) to identify and reduce waste. You analyze, standardize and optimize storage, transport and distribution processes. You conduct and implement CVP and improvement projects. You establish shopfloor management and performance dialogue. You support the digitalization and automation initiative. Quality management Logistics You ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, customer requirements). You define and monitor logistic quality indicators (error rates, complaints, process stability). You conduct internal audits and participate in external audits. You control deviation, correction and prevention measures (CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Change and training management You promote continuous improvement and quality culture. You are responsible for the training and coaching of executives and employees regarding OPEX and QM methods. You moderate workshops, trainings and cross-departmental improvement rounds. You accompany change processes in the logistics environment.

You have successfully completed a degree in logistics, economic engineering, BWL or comparable. You have relevant professional experience in logistics, operational excellence or quality management as well as experience in project management and process modeling. You bring very good knowledge of Lean Management, KVP and ideally Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). You have experience in building and applying quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001). You are professional with ERP/WMS systems and the usual analysis tools. You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented in terms of a high degree of implementation and result orientation. In addition to enforcement and team orientation, you have communication and moderation skills at all levels. You have a good understanding of quality, cost and process, coupled with the willingness to change and enjoy innovation.
