Your tasks at a glance: Leadership & Organisation: Leadership and further development of the teams and the establishment of clear responsibilities and decision structures Control & Priority: Responsibility for Facility Management, Infrastructure, Safety and Operator Obligations and Priority of Projects and Resources Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring effective audit, measure and approval management and transparent escalation of relevant risks Cooperation & Development: Control of external service providers, cooperation with authorities and cross-site further development of the area

This brings you – leadership meets organisational competence Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline, alternatively a qualified further education or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a technical, infrastructural or regulated environment Experience in managing resources, budgets, projects and service providers Good understanding of operator responsibility, compliance and risk management Impressed decision-making, organisational and implementation strength and a sovereign occurrence Ability to successfully lead different disciplines and to align them together on goals
