Head of Agency Division (m/f/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for the outcome, performance and sustainable development of the Agency's Tenderstelle network In doing so, you lead a steadily growing team from our sales managers and are responsible for their coordination, control and development In close coordination with the management, you accompany the development, control and implementation of sales and location strategies You are responsible for testing projects, rebuilding measures and network expansion You implement the innovative shop, bistro and service concepts in cooperation with the central departments and take an important interface function The expansion and further development of the agency's network of locations as well as the optimization of sales processes and structures are your daily tasks In addition, you are responsible for developing new business areas and identifying market potentials, including to ensure market presence
